"Cargo Cult Science,"

1973 Cal Tech commencement speech

Scientific Integrity:

Do not fool yourself; repeat or replicate studies to check results. One study does not prove anything.

Do not fool other scientists.

Publish all results, whether they were what you would have preferred to see or not.

Do not fool the layman. Be honest about the implications of your inquiries.

it's SEARCHABLE!

APA STYLE GUIDE

We will be using APA (American Psychological AssociationO style to document sources in this course.  This method of citing sources is the most widely used at TCU, especially in the sciences, social sciences, kinesiology, environmental sciences, nursing, and business.  The good news:  a searchable guide is available at the Purdue OWL APA section.
